At De Le Salle Kids Parties, we specialise in providing fun, exciting and stress-free children’s parties for 3 – 9 year olds. Our parties include everything your child could wish for including a large Bouncing Castle, Disco Room, Fun Factory and food provided.
Our lively staff and attention to detail with regards to the structure of your child's party has resulted in us becoming one of Ireland's most well known children's parties providers.
FAQ
What age group does the sports centre cater for?
We cater for party's 3-9 years of age.
For a joint birthday what's the maximum the centre facilities for?
We facilitate for a maximum of 5 birthday children.
Are children under the age 3 allowed to participate in activities?
No children under the age 3 are not covered by our insurance to participate in the activities.
How long does the party last for and what does activities consist of?
The party last for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Activities last for 75 minutes. This consists of 50 minutes in the sports hall with the relay bouncing castle, pedal bikes, pedal go karts, football, 15 minutes in the disco room and 10 minutes in the jungle gym area. The last 30 minutes the children have their food and birthday cake.
What is the cost per child?
The cost is €25 per child.
Do you have to pay a deposit?
Yes, you have to pay a deposit of €150
Does the sports centre accept credit card?
No, we only accept online banking or cash for deposits.
What is the minimum number of children?
The minimum number is 20.
Can you host a party at the centre if you don't have 20 children?
Yes you can host a party at the centre but you will be still charged for 20 children ie. €500.
What is the maximum number?
The maximum number is 40 children.
When do final numbers need to be confirmed?
Final numbers need to confirmed at the latest 24 hours prior to the party.
This is in need of preparation of food orders etc.
Are younger or elder siblings charged if they participate in activities?
Yes.
How many instructors will supervise the party?
Two instructors supervise the party at all times and there is also a manager on the floor.
Are instructors qualified/garda vetted?
Yes
Is there a staff member present that will have first aid?
All staff members are above the age of 18.
Staff members have qualifications ranging from childcare to sports management/coaching degrees.
What food is provided for the children?
We provide chicken dippers and chips. Robinsons orange
drinks are provided throughout the party.
If a child leaves before the food will they be charged?
Yes once the child participates in any of the activities.
If a child arrives late to the party but still has the food will they be charged?
Yes.
Are party bags provided?
Yes, party bags are provided. They consist of popcorn, haribos, and love hearts.
What do the parents need to supply for the party?
Parents need to supply the cake and candles only.
Most suitable cake to bring?
We have found that chocolate cake to be the most suitable cake that the children prefer.
3 Children, upwards we ask the parents to bring one/two big cake for the children to blow out together
instead of 3 separate cakes.
Does the centre supply knife, plates, cups and a lighter?
Yes, the centre supplies all these above items listed.
How early can parents arrive before their party starts?
We ask the parents to arrive no more than 10 minutes and to wait at the reception on arrival.
Are parents required to sign waiver forms?
Yes, any child that participates in the activities must sign a waiver form online.
